When different people from different cultures get together on a specific place, like in a university, a multinational company, at school, etc. is when most of the times the problems start. This is called cultural differences.Like I've heard, in a country green hats are worn by those people whose wifes are not happy with them, and in other cultures wearing a hat of any color is not considered embarrassing. Similarly many other problems arise as well.
