Cultural Differences!

I think one important cultural difference is related to jokes. I mean, each country has his own jokes which can be funny for the people who live there, but pretty stupid for others. This is not a very big problem but imagine you are with your chinese friend and you are trying to be funny and make him laugh, and then you tell him a very amusing joke for you, but so bad for him.

You'll look quite ridiculous!!

A very clear example could be english jokes:

• Teacher: How can we get some clean water?
  Student: Bring the water from the river and wash it...
• Q: What do elephants have that no other animal has?
  A: Baby elephants.
• Q: Can a kangaroo jump higher than the Empire State Building?
  A: Yes, because the Empire State Building can't jump!
• Q: What's the most musical bone? A: The trom-bone!

See? In some cases is better not to translate them because seriously, they're bad.

CULTURAL DIFFERENCES

When different people from different cultures get together on a specific place, like in a university, a multinational company, at school, etc. is when most of the times the problems start. This is called cultural differences.
Like I've heard, in a country green hats are worn by those people whose wifes are not happy with them, and in other cultures wearing a hat of any color is not considered embarrassing. Similarly many other problems arise as well.

Fashion...

I'm going to tell some things about fashion:

Fashion are those repetitive trends of clothes, accessories, ways of life or

ways of behaving that marks or modify the conduct of a person. Every one

like to dress in different forms.People who like fashion a lot used to go to

fashion shows.

One of the best known fashion shows is the Cibeles in Madrid.

CULTURAL DIFFERENCES...

Culture is everything. traditions and customs, language, clothing, architecture, sports, parties ... These are some of the things that differentiate one from other countries, some people from other...ultimately about other cultures.

Gestures with different meanings:
* In Germany and Northern Europe, make the gesture of a finger turning the temple (madness) is very offensive and may even be punishable in court.
* That same gesture in Japan, it means to be thinking (if the finger is rotated forward) or madness (if you turn back).
* The thumb or index has risen obscene meaning in many countries of the Mediterranean area.
* The OK sign with thumb and forefinger, in Turkey means the ass and is used to call a man gay.

Crash

I think crash is one of the best films I've ever seen.
First I thought the film was boring because I didn't understand why all the actions were happening but as the actions take place I understood everything and discovered that characters that seemed to be bad were good and others who seemed good were bad.
The best part of the film for me is when the "mexican with tattoos" gives her daughter the invisible cloak.
I recommend everyone to see it.(I'm watching it again :)

CRASH

From my point of view that film is an amazing and changing film. Why? Because in that film we can see different types of life and how the people dipending of his race can be treated in diferent ways.

At the beggining of the film we can see the different characters doing something than at the end of the film, they are doing the opposite thing than at the beggining.

To my mind, that is an instructive film and i will recomend it to my friends

Crash.

Several histories happened in Los Angeles, and all of them are related. In this film the most important thing is how appearances can change, and the topic of racism.
I think Crash is a very good film because it´s different and you want to see it until the end.
My favourite part is when the little girl hugs to his father with the invisible cloak

In my opinion this film make you think about many topics that many times we don´t care. It's a fantastic movie with a fantastic plot that has many details. Every minute of the film is important and you can learn a lot of things about them. Ilove two parts that I think can touch the heart of everyone, the part when the policeman rescues the woman from her car and when the persian man shots the young girl although she isn't hurt. I always cry with this two parts and maybe is due to the music, composed by Paul Haggis, that is fantastic too.

CRASH!

In my opinion Crash is one of the most interesting films that I have seen, it has a lot of details and I think that you need watch it more than one time. All the stories are conected and this film shows that all the people can do bad and good things and you don't have to judge them.

I think Crash is an incredible film. I really enjoyed it because it is a film that hooks you and you don't want to stop watching it until the end, when you understand everything. Also a thing i like is the way people can change their actitudes and for example a person you think is good, suddenly doing something wrong becomes bad.

And another think that is great is the sountrack. Most of the people like it.

Crash!

From my point of view it was one of te most exciting films i have ever seen. All the histories that happened in the film got something different and you have to pay attention to all the details because a little detail can change the film.

CRASH

In my opinion Crash is a film who makes me stop and think.
Racism is a subject with which we live in the actuality and what is a way in which empathize with the protagonist and you feel like him.
For me the story of love between the locksmith and her daugther is moving and the bulletproof-invisible cloak is brilliant.
